AYLIN OZAYDIN

Resume

I graduated from the Psychology Department of Istanbul Bilim University in 2014. Following my undergraduate education, I completed the Clinical Psychology Master’s Program at Istanbul Esenyurt University in 2016 and obtained my specialization. In order to support my professional development, I received training in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy in 2015, gaining competence in client-centered and structured therapeutic approaches.

After completing my education, I worked as a clinical psychologist in various institutions and organizations, taking part in psychological assessment and intervention processes for different age groups and needs.

Based on my extensive knowledge and practical experience in the field of language and speech, I conduct scientifically grounded training programs aimed at improving individuals’ communication skills. My work covers core components of language and speech processes such as articulation disorders, fluency problems, voice production, and speech intelligibility, and includes both individual and group-based intervention approaches for different age groups.

In addition, I develop and implement structured training programs in effective communication and diction for corporate settings. These trainings address proper breathing techniques, the functional and aesthetic use of voice, stress and intonation, fluent and clear speaking skills, verbal and nonverbal communication (body language), and professional communication strategies. The aim is to enable participants to express themselves more effectively, clearly, and confidently in both professional and social contexts.
