Aysel Ölçen Aydıner, a lawyer and mediator with over 25 years of experience, has held senior legal management positions throughout her career in both Turkey’s leading companies and international investment funds.

As a Board Member at Deva Holding A.Ş., she was responsible for all legal and audit processes of the group; playing critical roles in mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, licensing projects, collective bargaining agreements, and litigation management.

As Director of Legal Consultancy at Turkcell, she shaped legal strategies for the individual, corporate, and consumer business units, as well as in contract management, intellectual property, consumer complaints, advertising campaigns, and regulatory processes.

Internationally, she served as General Counsel and Board Member at EastPharma Ltd. and GEM Global Equities Management, where she achieved significant success in IPO processes on the London Stock Exchange, multinational investment structures, and cross-border M&A projects. These experiences have given her deep expertise in corporate governance, risk management, and investment law in both domestic and international publicly listed companies.

Her training at the Harvard Program on Negotiation, under some of the world’s leading negotiation experts, provided her with a scientific approach to mediation and negotiation processes. This has enabled her to develop sustainable, interest-based, win-win solutions that protect the rights of all parties involved.

As an independent board member at TSKB GYO A.Ş. and Yatırım Varlık Kiralama A.Ş., she implemented corporate governance principles in line with international standards and contributed to strategic decision-making processes with both legal and commercial perspectives.
