Yağmur Alpay was born in 1994 in Istanbul. She completed her high school education at Yahya Kaptan Anatolian High School in 2012, where she was an active member of the Drama Club. Between 2012 and 2017, she pursued her undergraduate degree in International Trade and Logistics Management at Maltepe University.

During her studies, she enhanced her language skills in London by attending Callan School London, where she studied English, and English Studio London, where she completed an Advanced English (CEFR C1) program. These experiences provided her with strong international communication skills.

In 2022, Alpay founded 3X Medya Fuarcılık Reklam Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi, a media and marketing company operating in Istanbul and New York, with its official website at www.3x.com.tr. As the founder, she has been leading projects in social media management, content development, advertising strategies, and operational processes. Since 2023, she has also been working as a Business Partner at THINK House, focusing on brand management, business development, and client relations.

Committed to professional growth, Alpay has completed several international certification programs. Among them, the Instagram Marketing certificate from Noble Desktop, New York (2022) and the Brand Management & Digital Marketing program from Moda ve Güzellik Akademisi (2018) stand out.

Throughout her career, Yağmur Alpay has developed expertise in supply chain management, operations management, leadership, social media strategies, content marketing, and reporting. She is fluent in English at a professional working level and has beginner proficiency in Russian.

Her goal is to contribute to the growth of brands by developing innovative projects in digital marketing and brand consultancy, creating value on an international scale.
