Uğur KESEN was born in Gaziantep in 1968. He completed his undergraduate and graduate education in Yıldız Technical University Electronics and Communication Engineering department. He completed his doctorate education in Marmara University Electronics and Communication Education Department. He is currently working as a member of the Faculty of Technology at Marmara University. Fiber optic Systems, Satellite Communication, Mechatronic Systems, Artificial Neural Networks and Artificial Intelligence are his interests. He has managed projects related to his areas of expertise and provides consultancy services.
